please help. i can't log in!

    my blogs been running fine for the past 6 months until recently, i’m unable to log in.

    if go to https://rokhiphop.com/wp-admin/index.php to log in..i input my info and once i hit the log in button, the page refreshes and i’m back to square one.

    i tried logging in by using the log in widget and i get the same result. the page simply refreshes without logging in.

    i’ve searched on google and the forums here and i can’t seem to find the solution to my problem. i’ve read suggestions about deleting caches and cookies, but that didn’t do anything.

    please help asap as i update my blog daily. ?? thanks in advance.

  • Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    Try recreating the wp-config.php file – worked for me a while back when I had what sounds like the same problem.

    i tried what esmi suggested, and it didn’t work ??

    Make a copy of wp-config-sample.php and add all of your database connection details. Then save the new file as wp-config.php and upload it to your WordPress folder.

    i fixed this problem. it was a matter of making sure the wordpress url and site adress url were the same
