Please Help — I can’t enter my admin site to write, edit or anything

Not understanding how code works I stupidly tried to add a blog directory promotion and I added it in front of everything. You can view my site at dontdiecrying.com and see in the very upper left “Free Blog Promotion – Blog and Blog resource Directory”. That should not be there. My bad.

I put the code infront of the Doc type so now the server cant read the access pages and I cant get in to change it. Try to access wp-admin and you will see

Can you please help me access wherever I can to delete the line of code screwing up the page. Try to keep it simple as I know enough to be dangerous
