Please help find me a plugin to generate Monthly timesheets by users

Hello
I help few employers with their payroll and I am looking a plugin where the employer can add their employees name (mx 5) and the employees daily hours for that month from dates 1-31. On bottom it would add up.
i.1 6 columns with heading
