So, you want to install another WordPress site into a folder called “room”. Or, do you want to move your main site into a folder?

hi marc no its another script all files are uploaded host is ipage i tried both basic wp htaccess and another one but dident sloved what is the problem how fix it ? it can be a plugin , theme or it’s a hosting problem ? how fix this ?

That’s some “.htaccess” file you’ve got there. Have you tried removing everything after #END WordPress?

Also, what’s the location of your “room” folder?

yes
wordpress and htaccess are all in public_ folder and the chatroom script is on /room folder
i have a wordpress here nexwall.bl.ee and i installed chatroom with no problem in this customer site i dont know whats the problem i can give you access to help me

Try installing the script in a subdomain.
