PLEASE HELP Facebook not pulling images when I try to share my business page.

    Hi I’m in desperate need of help with this.

    I just launched my new business page on Facebook but every time I go to share the page it doesn’t grab any images from my page so instead is just a grey box.

    I’ve tried the Facebook debugging tool but all it says is Facebook URLS cannot be crawled? Really struggling with this and it’s completed put a downer on launching my business ??

    Hope somebody can help me.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. The website link which you have shared is your Facebook page, and moreover, we are not able to find out any website URLs to check this further. So can you please share your website URL so that we can check it further to guide you if you are using our plugin?

    Hi, it is my Facebook page. I don’t have an actual website.

    Just when I try to share it to my personal Facebook page or another group etc it’s doesn’t display thumbnails or any images. Just a grey box?

    How can I resolve this?

    As it’s related to the Facebook page and not about our plugin. We recommend to open a ticket within the Facebook Help Center, as they would be possible to check this further to help you.

    This forum is for a plugin which is used on WordPress and not related to Facebook or any social medias.
