Please help! Existing WordPress, FileZilla, Bluehost

Hello,

I am very new to using hosting and FTP service providers. I have developed a website at my post-secondary institution using their hosting software (algonquinhosting). I am now trying to export the entire wordpress folder, transfer it through filezilla and bring it to bluehost in order for my client to use the new website using her domain name that she has already purchased. The domain name that will be used has been transferred from its original site and the original site has been shut down. Can someone please give me a simplified STEP BY STEP instruction list on how to export a wordpress folder, transfer the folder through filezilla and upload it using bluehost? I need as simple as it can get. I really thought that I would be fine after researching but once I try to do it I get so lost. Please help!!
