Please help delete Super Cache from the .htaccess. Not able to install this

Hi There,

I am not able to use wp fastest cache plugin as the super cache plugin has nuked my site in the past. which is why going for another pluing. The error I am facing is as below.

WP Super Cache cannot remove its own remnants so please follow the steps below
– be sure that you removed the rules of super cache from the .htaccess

please help me with this as my site is loading in 5+ seconds which is impacting my SEO.
