Please help, changed something in Editor and site is gone

    Hi there! Truly hoping you can help me out. I added a code at Appearances – Editor on the Dashboard in the functions.php of the theme (Tonic). The entire site is gone now, including de wp-admin. Can’t access anything. I tried on Filezilla to look for the code I added to delete it again in the theme – functions.php, but can’t find the code I added. It was as simple as this:

    #header-wrap {
    height: 550px;
    }

    Panic! Really! How to restore this? Hope you can help me out! This is the site: https://www.lennardfopma.nl

  • Try switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    Found it! Couldn’t find it in Filezilla, but did in the filemanager of web10 (hostprovider). Thank GOODNESS really. It’s back online now!
