PLEASE HELP! changed something and now i can’t get into my wp-admin!

    Hi to all, i changed the blog-url and wordpress url in my wp-admin to https://www.roffastreets.com/index.php i thought i could place an index.html on the server so that people weren’t seeing our blog yet, as we are not ready to go live yet. But now i can’t get into my wp-admin anymore cause the url for the login and such are messed up now. What to do to get into my wp-admin and change this back to what it was? It really would suck if i had to re-install all ??
