Please help! Can't take "Nothing Found" off of home page

Please help!

My site is https://q4products.com/ and I can’t take the little error message off at the bottom that says:

Nothing Found
It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching can help.

Seems like the solution should be simple, but I can’t find a solution anywhere. Help would be much appreciated! Thank you!
