Can’t retrieve my website/dashboard not working

My website is completely messed up!: fonts enlarged, photos missing, gateway/url errors, etc… I am very upset. The iphone view occasionally looks okay but the pc view is horrible and the dashboard keeps going to “cannot be retrieved”

I contacted Bluehost and they are ignoring me now. They couldn’t get it right as far as restoring my site from Codeguard. At first it looked like it had worked but the vie3w keeps changing and now it’s back to the same destruction.

The iphone view seemed to get better but the Dashboard doesn’t work right. It goes to “site cannot be reached” whenever i try to update plug-ins and it is very slow.

This all started when i added Dropbox to Updraft as my external backup! I don’t know for sure that it’s related but that’s when it happened.

It is still off after 10 days of trying to get a resolution! I don’t know what to do. Codeguard is now ignoring me and there’s no other way to get help. I dont know what to do. Please help!
