Please help can’t load starter template library. tried everything

    I have tried every fix i can possibly find. no matter what i do i get this error “Error, Unable to access template database, please try re-loading the page.” I am using kadence ai starter templates on 3 other sites. I have installed and set everything up the same way every time. I’m at a complete loss after 3 days of troubleshooting. I’m completely disheartened and ready to give up. first i couldn’t get woocommerce to work with the ai templates. finally couldn’t take it and deleted the whole site and started over. now no starter templates load at all. I just don’t know what to do anymore. at least last time i had a site loading. now i’m back to square one.

    it was the wordfence firewall stopping the starter templates from loading and the pages from importing. deactivated it for the duration of the build. other sites i did appearance first as i was excited to try out kadence. this time i set up all my setting and security first. so note to all: disable wordfence and firewalls for starter templates and ai page generation to work properly.
