Please help, can’t get it to work

Hey André and everyone else here,

first, thank you for developing this plugin, which is really useful. Unfortunately I can’t get it to work, as Matomo seems to not receive data, even though the plugin says that it’s connected ‘WP-Matomo 1.0.22 is successfully connected to Matomo 3.11.0. You are running WordPress 5.2.3. ‘.

Here are some details:

– I run it on a subdomain of the domain I want to track. I have tried both self-hosted matomo modes in the plugin, each time it says it works.

– Auth-token works and recognizes my site.

– Tracking enabeling works and the code is displayed in the source code.

– I have emptied the cache and disabled the cache plugin I use ‘WP Fastest Cache’.

– In Matomo, the system check says everything works.

Not sure if I made a mistake or forgot something. I hope we will be able to solve that little problem together ?? Thanks!
