Please help! Can’t access WordPress Admin panel

Hi,

I tried doign an automatic update of GD star rating for my website, unfortunately it failed half way through, I tried to go back into the admin area to download and update manually but I was greeted with this:

htpp://www.thepubsofyork.com

and now can’t access the control panel at all!

Please can someone help?!
