Please help – cannot activate the plugin

  • Cannot activate the plugin. Showing following message error:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Failed to create the necessary database table(s).

    Tried activation it on a different websites with no luck.

    Cam someone look into this please?
