    Hi @anish9947 ,

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like the OTP processing time is a bit longer than expected, which can be frustrating, especially when compared to your other payment gateway’s performance.

I am facing issue for after entering the OTP take 30 seconds to 1 minutes going to order received page. But my other payment gateway plugin take few seconds only.

For the delayed transition, it could be due to the specific payment gateway’s processing time or communication with the bank servers. Oftentimes, these delays are external and thus out of our control.

Now the card details entering in checkout page. But I want to show seperate page entering the card details.

As for the card details, this change would need some additional customization. It’s possible to redirect to a separate page for payment details, but it may require custom coding or a different gateway that supports this feature natively.

If you need more in-depth support or want to consider professional assistance for customization, I can recommend WooExperts and Codeable.io as options for getting professional help. Alternatively, you can also ask your development questions in the ?WooCommerce Community Slack as custom code falls outside our usual scope of support.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @anish9947,

If I understand you correctly, this saved card is showing while you’re logged into your account as a customer but not showing when you access the store as a guest, is that correct?

You mention not having saved any cards, however, I’d also like to understand, did you make any test purchases via any card? The reason why I’m asking this is because, WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway has an ability to remember customer’s cards for future purchases.

If you’d like to disable this feature, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings.
    3. Click on the Payments tab.
    4. Click on the Stripe – then manage option and head to settings.
    5. Here, you will find an option called ‘Enable Payment via Saved Cards’. Uncheck this box.
    6. Click on ‘Save changes’ at the bottom of the page.

This should remove the saved card from your checkout page. If you continue to face issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us again.

    I hope this helps.

    Hello,

The saved card option is already disabled from plugin settings. But still showing the saved card.

It’s possible remove from database? If yes, please tell me how to remove?

    Hi @anish9947,

Thank you for sharing an update on this.

I’m sorry to hear that the issue persists even after disabling the option from the settings. Did you already have the chance to clear your browser cache and check if the issue persists?

It’s possible remove from database? If yes, please tell me how to remove?

Going to make the changes in the database is a long shot that would need the helps of a developer since we are unable to share the steps in making changes there. However, as a next step, I would recommend temporarily deactivating all active plugins and only having WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Payment as the only active plugins.

This will help rule out any possible conflicts within your store. Should the issue still persist, I recommend running a full conflict test, as detailed here.

I hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

I deleted my card to temporary turned on save card option in plugin and settings and delete from frontend -> my account -> payment method.

But the serious issues is if I turned off save card option in plugin settings the card going to saved. Kindly please check with your end and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Hi there!

I understand your concern. Could you please confirm whether your card details are still saved under My Account → Payment Methods even if you have unchecked the Enable Payment via Saved Cards option? Or, are they not showing there but still appearing on the checkout page?

Additionally, please check if the “Link by Stripe” option is enabled under the express checkout payment methods at the bottom of the Stripe payment methods settings. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cZXVlAncwpW.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding
