Can I assume that these files were flagged in the “Scan Issues” section of your Wordfence scan to highlight non-core files in these locations?
At first glance these look like WordPress error reporting is turned on as the error_log file is usually found under these circumstances. Are you able to open the files for editing in your hosting control panel’s file manager, and do they contain any data? If so, we may be able to see whether a specific plugin is using them based on the log contained inside.
They may be safe to ignore, but I’d like to take a look at the contents first to be sure.
