    i think your site have issue with css file please check that your style sheet is working properly.

    Where did you change the URL?

    If you changed in it the dashboard then it will have been stored in the database. If that is right then login to your database, go to the wp_options table and check the text in the entries at ‘siteurl’ and ‘home’. Amend as required.

    Your host should allow access to the database through something like phpmyadmin.
