Version 2.8.8 installed. As a user, I expect that pressing the “delete button” to delete my data and entering “Delete all data” to confirm actually deletes all data.

There are left over tables that need to be pruned. Similar experiences:

The plugin lacks a means to track logged in users — which is something google analytics offers via a small customisation.

Thanks for your feedback on this.

The option to delete all data should remove all of the tables, and it works correctly when we test it. Do you have an error message in your debug log you could share with us? It seems to be a rare issue and we have never received an error message to figure out why the table deletion doesn’t work for some users. One of the reviews you linked to came from someone who manually deleted some of the data and caused an error themselves, when our deletion option would have worked fine for them.

As for tracking logged-in visitors, that can be enabled with this setting: https://independentwp.com/knowledgebase/tracking/how-to-track-logged-in-visitors/
