    I wanted to ask a pre-sales question through your website, but that seems to be…. nigh impossible. The Stylemix chat bot isn’t working. The Helpdesk button leads to…. that same bot.
    And the only other listed support is premium support… Which is a bit hard when you have a PRE-sales question and thus are NOT a customer yet.
    I looked at sending an email through the stylemixe themes website, but there I found if you are not a customer, the only topic options are Partnership & Collaboration and Guest post writing. And I’m interested in neither because I have a pre-sales question about MasterStudy LMS instead…..

    So… Please fix your helpdesk bot and give potential future customers a way to contact you.
    I mean, MasterStudy seems like a very good solution for me, but if I cant contact a company BEFORE I want to buy something, it doesn’t really bode well for the future in my experience.

    My question, since I see no other option to ask this:
    I buy a yearly subscription now, can I still upgrade to a lifetime version later on?
