Please fix the constant review begging

I would give this 5 stars, even pay for it, as its such a useful plugin. But the constant “Are you enjoying using Members?” on top of the admin bar and begging for reviews makes it so annoying. This is not a caching issue. It happens no matter what configuration or site I use this on and it keeps coming back. No cache issues here.

You can see from the source code that it will nag you once per week.
The problem is the question itself:

“Are you enjoying using Members?”
No matter if you answer “Yes” or “No” here there is a follow-up question you must click (otherwise the message will show up again in a week).

The next question (if you clicked “Yes” to “Are you enjoying using Members”) is:
“That’s awesome! Could you please do me a BIG favor and give it a 5-star rating on WordPress to help us spread the word and boost our motivation?”
If you clicked “Nope, maybe later”, you will be bugged again in a week.
If you clicked “I already did” it will never show again.

Otherwise, the next question (if you clicked “No” to “Are you enjoying using Members”) is:
“We’re sorry to hear you aren’t enjoying Members. We would love a chance to improve. Could you take a minute and let us know what we can do better?”
If you clicked “Give feedback”, you will not be bugged again.
If you clicked “No thanks”, you will be bugged again in a week with the first question.

Most people which are annoyed by “review begging” will click “No thanks” and would expect that the message never shows up again.
But it does if you clicked “No thanks”.

The easiest fix would be to change “Maybe later” of the positive answer to “Remind me again in one week” (which it will) and add remove the notice when “No thanks” is clicked.`

Personally, of course, I believe this kind of question belongs in the plugin page admin page itself and should not show up randomly on the site.
