Please explain the latest change log of the plugin…

  • In latest version 2.2.7 change log, i can see “XML Sitemap Module – Added an option for scheduling daily updates to notify Google and Bing (as per new guidelines from Google for the submission of XML Sitemaps)”

    So can you guys explain more about the new guidelines from Google for the submission of XML Sitemaps and if possible provide any official link.
