    Hi!

    Altough there is no redeem restriction for checkout when someone tries to redeem more than 60 points at checkout gets the error Please enter some valid points!

    In reference to your query, please run a test by deactivating all third party plugins except our points plugin and woocommerce and then check whether you are facing similar issue or not

    Hi! I have deactivated every plugin except woocommerce and points and rewards and I still have the same error. How can I resolve this?
