• I was contacted by a PayPal sales rep who encouraged me to switch to this Plugin (previously offering Stripe and PayPal Standard).
I did that, following his instructions on the phone.
After I did that, my customers experienced a lot of issues with a message saying “Please enter an address to continue” even though they had entered an address.
This seems to be an issue a lot of users are having, however, I haven’t seen any solutions posted.

This plugin owes me a couple of grand in missed sales.

    Hello @flylanddesigns

We advise every merchant using our plugin, to always first test our plugin before moving it into a live environment, in order to avoid this situation. I’m sorry that you were not advised this before switching over to our plugin. The WordPress environment can cause different situation for every installation and environment, so there is no certainty for any plugin to work all the time.

There are many different situations that can cause this issue, so we would need to take a look at your site and settings. We would like to take a look into your case, but you would need to open a new support request with us?here?(privately). We do no provide support via the review page, but you could also open a new thread via?the support page of this forum.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
