    Hi,
    Thank you for the Wondeful Plugin WooCommerce.

    My customer’s shop sells only in Japan. Therefore, the basic settings are set as follows.

    Selling location (s): Sell to specific countries
    Sell ??to specific countries: Japan
    Shipping location (s): Ship to all countries you sell to
    Default customer location: Shop country / region

    If a customer registers an account at checkout at this shop, the first order can be purchased, but the next order

    “Please enter an address to continue.”

    Is displayed and I cannot place an order.

    When I checked the “profile” of the registered user from the user list on the dashboard, the country / region of “billing address” and “shipping address” was “Choose countries / regions”.
    As a result, the shipping country is not set and you cannot purchase.

    I also checked my account page. On the My Account page, “Country or Region” was displayed as “Japan”. But I couldn’t check out.

    So I edited the “shipping address” on “my account” page and updated it without changing anything. Then, “Japan” was set in the user profile of the dashboard.
    Now I can check out.

    However, this does not allow customers to log in and make easy purchases. Is there any way? please tell me.

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    That usually means there is a conflict between plugins. I would suggest you perform a full conflict test. To perform tests without affecting your live site, you can use a staging site (your host might have that feature, but you can create it with WP Staging as an alternative).

    Then, set your staging site’s theme to Storefront, disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, and check if the issue persists.

    I stopped and checked the plugin, as you told me. I found that I didn’t set the country with a plugin called Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce.

    I set up the Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce and confirmed that I could check out correctly.
