    As this support forum is only for the Lite version of LoftLoader, if you encounter any problems while using LoftLoader Pro, please email us ([email protected]) and please include the following information in your email:

    • Your website URL
    • Which version of the plugin you are using
    • Detailed description of the issue or the question
    • Screenshots of the problem
    • Any notices or error messages
    • Any other information that you find useful
    • Please provide all the information in English
    • Please indicate that your question corresponds to LoftLoader Pro
    • Please also include your purchase code in your support request. Where is my purchase code?
