Please create index on aws_index

    Hi! Can you please add an index on (at least) the id field of the aws_index table. without it, all queries have to do a full table scan and can be very slow. Specifically we notice problems with DELETE FROM wp_aws_index WHERE id = '$id' which causes replication lag due to the length of time each query takes to complete. Thanks!
