    Hi team,

    ACTION NEEDED: Please connect your WooCommerce store in your ActiveCampaign account first.

    Just installed this on one of our sites. No matter what I do I get this error message. Yes, the site is connected on the ActiveCampaign side of things.

    Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

  • Same problem.

    We were finally able to get this working. In our case, it was a simple solution. When adding the Woo integration in AC, the URL for the site must match exactly what is in WordPress Settings/General for the site. In our case, we needed to add “www” into the AC integration URL. Hope this helps!

    Hello! We get the same error message too, even though the integration seems to be working as order data is synced on Active Campaign.
