    WordPress v.6.1.1

    WooCommerce v.7.3.0

    CTX Feed Pro v.6.3.0

    For some days the message “You have updated WooCommerce product attributes. Please clear the CTX Feed cache to generate a new feed.” has been displayed I tried clearing the cache “CTX Feed > Manage Feed > Clear cache button” but the message doesn’t hide.

    What should I do?

  • Exact same thing here…Have cleared cache, updated product feed and message keeps popping up all the time..It very frustrating!

    Thanks for reaching us and sorry for the inconvenience.

    We are aware of the issue you have reported it to our devs team and our devs team will include the fix in the next update which we are expecting to released within this week.

    In the meantime, you are requested to rollback to v4.6.1 and it won’t create any issue as we haven’t added any major fix to the last 4 versions which could cause issues.

    I hope you will understand and will allow us the time we need to fix the issue.

    I updated to 5.0.0. and it’s still the same problem. I have reverted the plugin to version 4.6.1 so that I don’t get this annoying pop up

    This issue has been resolved in the last version. Please, make sure to update the plugin to the latest version and check again.
