Please clarify the creation of the Glossary page in instructions

The installation instructions say:

“Creates a main Glossary page (example “Glossary”) with no body content, if you so wish.”

I found that the Glossary page was created as soon as I activated the plugin. The paragraph above should be changed to:

“The plugin creates an empty Glossary page upon activation”.

(“if you so wish” suggests that I need to create one)

However, I had the item 404 problem reported by others as soon as I created two glossary entries.
