Please check you email is not showing

After user register in the website . its not showing to the user “
Confirm Email: Please Check Your Email. Resend Confirmation Email
” the user tried to login in the website with out conforming by going to email its refreshing showing the same page . the user thinks website is not working . then leaving the website .

Please help me , to solve the issue
