Thanks for using ICS Calendar! Before submitting a ticket, please check the following. (This will be updated over time as we identify common troubleshooting checks.)

Timezone, Date and Time Format, and Language settings
This plugin supports built-in WordPress settings as much as possible. Please go to Settings > General in your WordPress admin, and make sure the Timezone, Date Format, Time Format and Language are set correctly.

Be sure your Timezone setting uses a Region/City pair and not a UTF+n hour offset! Core PHP and WordPress date/time functions may not work correctly, especially around Daylight Saving Time, unless you are using a Region/City pair with the same DST rules as your location.

    GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS:

    Check for plugin/theme conflicts
This is a good general practice with any plugin issues. If possible, try deactivating your other plugins, one at a time, to see if that resolves the issue. If this allows you to identify a specific plugin that conflicts with ICS Calendar, please submit a ticket letting us know about the conflict (be sure to specifically name the other plugin in your post, with a download link if possible), and we will investigate.

    Run your updates!
Unless you have a specific reason that you need to hold back a WordPress core version or a plugin/theme version, please run all of your available updates. If you are running outdated plugins, it is more likely that you will encounter bugs. (Likewise, if you keep things up-to-date, the issues you’re running into may already have been fixed in those updates!)

    FOR FASTEST SUPPORT:

Please include in your initial post both a URL of the page on your site that is displaying your calendar and the exact contents of your shortcode.
In order to troubleshoot most issues, we need to know the URL of your calendar feed, so we can load it in a test environment. If you prefer not to share your URLs directly in the forums, there’s an email address on the ICS Calendar admin page where you can send that information.
