Can you please be more specific about what bugs you have encountered? Have you taken into account that you may have conflicts with your theme and/or other plugins? Did you even use our support channels?

As Garth stated in his comments above, we have thousands of customers that use Event Espresso. Most of them use Event Espresso as the primary source of income for their businesses. So I think your assumptions are unfounded and derogatory.
