Please admin Help with P2

Admin please help. I really like this P2. I saw the P2 video it is pretty good I think. I don’t have anything up yet. I have a domain name and I want to run my own microblogging. Can you please direct me to the right direction please. I need to run my own microblogging community on my own domain. please help me with it I am willing to pay for it if there is any cost. The problem is that I don’t know alot about computer languages and need help in installation and hosting
