Please add support for Bootstrap modals

Taking a look at the support forum, a lot of people are actually having problems with sliders, carousels and bootstrap modals. Lazyloaded images on the second slide of a carousel are not loading, unless you perform another interaction like scrolling or clicking.
At least for bootstrap modals/carousels there is a working solution availsable and it would be a great improvement to the plugin to add support for it.

For everyone with the problem: just use the jquery.lazyloadxt.bootstrap.js and bootstrap + a3 lazyload will work
