Please add option to select Target setting for Custom Links

Thank you for a great plugin. This is a feature request. When adding a Custom Link to the menu, please add a field to select or enter the setting for the Target parameter.

e.g. Target=”_blank” or allow user to enter a text string in the field for the Target value.
