Please add default order status option ‘Pending’

Thanks for the suggestion and I’ll look at adding on the status of Pending Payment which is a default status of WooCommerce.

I’ve updated the plugin to v1.0.3 and it will now autodetect what order statuses are available in WooCommerce, including custom order statues which are added.
