Please add CSS class for bbPress

Thank you, John, for maintaining this excellent plugin.

I’d love it even more if you would change line 504 of user-switching.php from

<ul>

to something like

<ul class="user-switch-bbp">

so the link in bbPress can be can styled and positioned.
