We did some more digging around and it appears like lots of people are having your issue with YouTube in general. That is, it’s completely unrelated to WordPress or our plugin: https://code.google.com/p/gdata-issues/issues/detail?id=5785

Our best suggestion is for you to star both issues. You’ll see an initially white star the the left of the issue number. Click it, and it will change color afterwards. You have to be logged into Google to star them. That way, updates will be sent to your gmail.
