playlist width

Hi, Love the plugin but would like some assistance please. I am using a one column no sidebar page and wish to make the playlist wider. The current width appears to be hardcoded and only allows 4 videos to be displayed on a row which leaves a fair sized gap on the right of my page.
Is it possible to give the user the option of setting their own width or number of videos per row?
I have dabbled with the plugin coding a little but so far unable to get it to display how i want as i am not that good with php. I have played with the $width and $row_limit fields.
A quick response/help would be greatly appreciated ??
