Playlist short code not working

  • Hello,

    I’ve looked all over and couldn’t find any resources.

    I’m having an issue where the playlist shortcode won’t preview in my page builder (elementor) and display on the page. The subscribe shortcode works but [powerpress_playlist] and [powerpress] do not. I’ve enabled the setting in advanced settings, I’ve tried every troubleshooting suggested on the Resolving Plugin or Theme Issues page but still can’t get [powerpress_playlist] to work. Any ideas?

    Just to add to this.

    I copied my site to a staging area, ran troubleshooting mode. I turned off all plugins except Powerpress and I’m using a Twenty nineteen WP theme. The [powerpress_playlist] and [powerpress] shortcodes still don’t work.

    Have you got any active, published Posts with Podcast Episodes live on this site? If not, the Playlist Player may not display anything.

    Yes, I have 2 episodes published. They show up in my google and apple podcast feeds but the player still doesn’t show.

    Can you provide a link to a page on your site where the Playlist Player isn’t working?
