Playlist issues; Support lacking

Playlists haven’t been auto-updating. When you have multiple “pages” that need to load, it eventually loads repeat videos. No option or capability to reorganize content – even updating the playlist. Reached out to support over a month ago. Could have been a really cool tool, but definitely don’t recommend it for anyone needing control or content to get updated.
