playlist don't work

    the single player works, but if I insert a playlist nothing appears. the shortcode I use is:

    [playlist type="video" ids="1681,1682,1683,1652,1659,1651,1687,1640,1688,1647,1650,1642,1629,1630,1631,1632,1641,1633,1628,1657,1643,1658,1656,1654,1644" autostart="true" mute="false" ]

    something wrong? help please
