Playing video in lightbox

    Clicking a video thumbnail opens a lightbox, but when the video is clicked it opens the Youtube channel in a new tab, is that how the free version works? Is the Pro version required for the video to play in the lightbox?

    Thanks for contacting us! In the Free version, the videos should still play embedded in the lightbox rather than linking to the video on YouTube. It’s possible there is a conflict occurring with another plugin on the site or your site’s theme. We’d also be happy to help check on this further if you could send us a support request here.
