Hi Frank, that sounds odd. I haven’t encountered this before. Did you check to ensure both your mp3 and ogg files are working properly (ie it’s not the files themselves?)

You should be able to update automatically like any other plugin from your WP dash. If the update doesn’t appear, deactivate then reactivate the plugin. This forces the update script to check the server for updates. Alternatively you would have been emailed a link to where you can download the newest version of the plugin for manual install.

The files are fine. Here is the link to the mp3 https://iglesiasion.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/AdoraSION-2013-09-08.mp3

I have been using the mp3 link for both mp3 and ogg fields. it has never given me a problem until now.

Please use both mp3 and ogg. There are very good reasons why it requires both formats – see FAQs.

I think the problem is actually just a loading delay because the file is so long. I would suggest using shorter clips and/or reduced quality sample rate for smaller file size.

    Ok. Thanks Maeve.
