Up until about a week ago the player worked. However, it does not play on the episode pages. If you click “open in another window” it will play. The file plays when I use the native wordpress player as well. Also, the player on the homepage has vanished. Using Twenty Twenty Four Theme on WordPress Multisite installation.

Since other people will probably have this issue I will provide the fix here, even though you guys are rude for ignoring me.. After doing some troubleshooting and research I figured out that your player will only play secure urls…

For some reason, when choosing the episode file at the bottom of the podcast episode editor, it was using an https:// url so I added the “s” manually, making it https:// and it is playing the episode now. You may want to fix your code so this doesn’t happen anymore.

    Hi @lestado,
Sorry for the late reply, as you know there were Christmas and New Year holidays, so Happy New Year!
Regarding your issue – yes, sometimes browsers can block loading mixed content, when on https pages users try to load http files. And that’s definitely not a plugin fault.
    Best regards,
    Serhiy.
