Player statistics dosen’t count

  • I’m using yours plugin SportPressPro from a long time till today everything works fine, but when I was checking my website suddenly I discovered my stats doesn’t count properly. In frontend in statistic area there are only empty space and in backend everything looks fine.. I tried to uncheck and check again seasons, leagues but it doesn’t work.. And one more important thing.. I didn’t touch anything from a long time.. that happened after update a plugin.

    I noticed something weird.. when you are in the backend on profile of player, and unchecked season and next update page and again checked current season then player statistics in frontend doesn’t display correctly.. they just disappeared.

    And the second thing:
    After update plugin to version 2.3.2 in the player statistics appeared an extra cell called “Dru?yna” (Team). That same thing is in table league.. there should be Player (Zawodnik) not Team. Table league you can find in menu website –> Tabela. My website is about squash so it’s individual sport without any teams…

    All this thing happened after update plugin to version 2.3.2.

    I’m waiting and waiting for an answer from email support but from about 10 days I can’t wait anything….

    @mejaaa @wordpressuser1234 good luck with submitting a ticket. Every ticket submitted easily takes up to a week+ to hear anything back or a copy and paste from answers provided here from free users on the forum. Support is wretched and I have complained many times to an “Anita” but zero response and zero resolutions. Unfortunately, it is a paid option that works terribly and does not resolve user issues in a timely fashion. Hopefully they can figure out a better “fix” for their “pro support” in the future or hire people that will actually respond to inquires from users that are paying them money.

    I’m trully sorry to hear your experience. Do you have a ticket number that we could check?

    It really shouldn’t take more than 1 day to get a reply (except for weekends), unless it’s a really compex issue or a bug that requires coding to fix it. Either way our support team should let you know what’s the status of your request, or how feasible it is to fix it.

    I can see here that our support ammount has increased in the past couple of days, and maybe yours got lost in the shuffle.

    Hi guys,
    I’ve get an answer from support
    “This issue is a bit complex and we will need to spend some time with our development team to identify and fix the issue. We will be working on this issue and will be sure to release an update as soon as possible.”

    to tell the true it isn’t that what i was dreaming about.. but I’ve got from Anita W previously version of pro plugin (2.3). Downgrade helps a little bit but didn’t get changes as much as I wished. Statistic of players count and shows only “TOTAL” no matter how much seasons I’ve checked in backend. And still there is an extra cell called “Team” on the players profile.

    you have some right.. that isn’t the best ever and professional support. Trully I get the answer but the time to expectations is too long… I’ve bought many many many plugins and themes and everywhere support was fast as light but not here. So.. ThemeBoy team you need to fix it!

    Can’t wait to update of sportpress pro to fix this all issues… it’s necessary!

    Thanks a lot for your feedback, and it’s really important for us to hear your experience.

    We are actually looking for alternatives and our team will be growing soon to better accomodate the increasing number of support requests and also so we can release new features more often (along with the appropriate fixes).

    Just a quick note:
    “And still there is an extra cell called “Team” on the players profile. ”
    This can be removed with a bit of CSS via support
