Player photo not appearing

  • I have Sportspress installed and I’m adding players but I can’t get a player photo to appear.

    I have uploaded the player photo to the player’s profile page and it appears when I’m in the backend editing the player. It does not appear on the player’s front end profile or in the player list.

    Hi @share24,

    It seems to be a theme problem. If you switch to Rookie theme, does the photo appear?

    Yes, that seems to be the problem. Is there any way around that?

    Well, I dont know how you trying to get the photo with your theme. From the page-source I see an empty div <div class="sp-template sp-template-player-photo sp-template-photo sp-player-photo"> </div>…

    Is it a premium/paid theme? If yes you should talk with the theme developer to solve your problem. Otherwise share your player template source (i.e. with https://pastebin.com/).

    Well it seems that you are using a theme made by Beaver Builder which is a premium/paid framework. So you should contact their support for solving this.

    In the meantime you can try to use the Customizer, go to Post-Layout screen and check if the featured-image option is set to hidden. Change it to something else an try.

    Thanks…I did try to change the post layout and that didn’t work.
