    Hi there,

I’m facing a strange issue with your player. Some of my students and staff members can’t play/use the player at all as it looks broken and it doesn’t load the songs.

However, I’m not facing this issue with my browsers except for Safari which displays the error and I don’t know why this is happening.

    Thanks

    Hi,

No I do not have the pro version of it. How can I give you access to it?

On your dashboard, please go to Music Player for Elementor – Contact US and select Bug option. Then describe the issue and press submit.

I already did that a few days ago. The email address I used to send the bug begins with erasmus

I just found out something very strange.

The issue appears as soon as I deactivate a plugin called Chaty which I used to display a floating whatsapp icon. I don’t know why this might be happening but if this plugin is active then the player works fine, if it’s not then it breaks

I assume that is a compatibility issue with one of your active plugin. But I will take a look on your setup, I’ve just received your email, thanks!

Thanks! Now it’s working because I have Chaty active

@smartwpress please let me know if the issue is on Chaty’s end ??

The player does not depend on any third party plugin, excepting Elementor. So I assume that is either a caching problem (try refreshing your caching after activating/deactivating any of your plugins), or there is a conflict with one of your active plugins.

In my case, if I deactivate Chaty the player doesn’t work and I did clean the cache. You can check now as I have deactivated Chaty and cleaned the cache. On my end the problem only appears on Safari but to others it appears on any browser

I will keep Chaty active for now but if I have any other updates I will email you! Thanks a lot!
