Player not displaying with Category display

    I’m trying to get https://mznow.tv/category/shows/ to display a player instead of having to click on each post and I’m not having any luck.

    I’ve checked the box for ‘Display media / links in: WordPress Excerpts (e.g. search results)’ and still no luck. I’ve checked my theme functions to see if it may have been stripping it (I’m using the RockIt theme) but that doesn’t seem to be the case either.

    Has anyone else had this issue?

    Any help will be much appreciated. I’m VERY lost on this one.

    Go to PowerPress Settings, Advanced Mode >> Media Appearance >> Having issues? and try the different options in the dropdown menu. Select the first one and click the Save Changes button. If that doesn’t work, try the other options and repeat the process.

    Thanks for the quick reply!

    The first option almost worked. It added the episode links but removed the player. The other opitons did not do anything different. Any ideas?

    Can you try using the shortcode in the blog post?

    I’ve tried that as well and did a category display and it did the same thing. ??

    Can you try the audio shortcode?

    Just to confirm, the problem is not with the actual post pages, it is only with the archive pages (category pages)?

    Also your media URLS have a question mark followed bu another file name. I would recommend whom ever developed your tracker to change that to not include the question mark, this can be achieved with a regular expression using ModRewrite.
